Chesham

A concrete, supply and erect project for Chesham Town Council at Chesham Athletic FC.

This turnkey solution included concrete works and the full installation of a cold rolled steel building, designed to provide a durable and functional space tailored to the club’s operational needs.

Building TypeIndustrial Multipurpose
Size7.4m wide x 9.09m long x 2.4m eaves height
Project TypeConcrete, supply & erect

We worked closely with the council to develop a competitive quotation suitable for a funding application, and supported them throughout with drawings and technical input.

There was initial uncertainty around whether the existing slab could be reused, so we planned for a “worst case scenario”.

After test drills were carried out, our engineer confirmed the slab could be modified to suit — saving the project valuable time and budget.

From final approval to completion, the entire process took just 5 weeks — with the building itself erected in only 4 days.
